Here are some answers to common questions. If I've missed anything just get in touch!
Typically, I get a project completed in 2-4 weeks, depending on the size of the project and my waiting list. Smaller projects can be done and dusted in a few days! Just get in touch for a chat and I can give you a more precise timeline.
Of course! The Webflow platform I work with comes with a built-in editor allowing you to make updates whenever you like. Don't panic - I'll teach you how to use this before I sign off the project! And I'm always just a phone call away.
Pretty simple payment terms here at Neate Work. I ask for 50% before I start working on your project and final payment before launching on your domain. We'll both sign a contract before working together so everything is fair and clear.
Your website's domain is the address you would type in to reach your site. These are not included in my prices but they are super easy and cheap to buy. Most cost under £10 for the year, depending on the name you're after. I will, of course, sort all this for you!
I'm a one-woman show and I work from home. I have very few overheads. I can design and code (and edit content!) so you don't need to pay two or three different people to create your perfect website.
Neat(e) by name, neat by nature. I really am a perfectionist and I hate nothing more than errors on a website. Plus, I cheat a bit and run all content past my husband (he's a journalist and author) who can spot a spelling mistake a million miles away.
Of course! My packages and prices are there to give you an idea of what services you might need and how much they cost. It's so annoying when websites don't show their prices! We will always have a conversation before a project about your specific needs and I will send over a detailed proposal and quote so there are no surprises.
After our initial conversation I will send over a document outlining everything included in your package. This makes the process clear and fair for everyone. Once you are happy with this proposal, a contract will be signed, deposit paid and your project booked in. Sometimes as a project progresses, clients would like additional services added. These will be agreed and added into the original contract, highlighting any additional costs. For example, a recent client wanted their website to integrate with a Google reviews app so their reviews automatically showed on the website. This application came with a small monthly fee which was added onto their hosting.
